The stable Universe, the all,
the omnipresent realm...
has spawned, within, a creature who
believes he rules the helm.
He’s not aware his given sum
of time is but a wink--
that he, alone, is awed by his
ability to think.
Collectively he scars his world
though, singly, he objects.
He mars the earth and fouls the sky
there's nothing he respects.
For all his works and all his harm,
he has nowhere to hide...
time will bring the end of Man,
but Earth will long Abide.
